Art to me is your own personal expression. What makes you who you are, and different from the rest, may it be your style of clothing,how you style your hair, or wear your shoes. Its all an art form of your own expression.

An alcoholic is an artist? It is what makes them them.... The Unabomber created care packages that blew up buildings for a message, a personal expression. He is who he is. Is he an artist?

I agree too, art is expressing yourself and it's your opinion so if you want a painted rock to be art, it's going to be art in your eyes because Art is about you.
